Help!

Not sure where to start?  Completely overwhelmed? Take a deep breath, we're here to help!

**ENTER EACH PAPER ORDER INDIVIDUALLY, DO NOT COMBINE THEM**

Start with your first paper order:

Click 'Place Order' at the the top

Click 'Add to cart' button beside the product you need to order

When you have added all the products from the first order click on the cart (top left).

Enter student's name, grade & teacher

Double check that you have entered the correct products. Note: the totals will NOT match at this point as taxes will be added at the end of checkout.

Click 'Submit Order'

Enter YOUR email address and the school's mailing address.

Click 'Continue to select school'

You guessed it - select your school from the list!  

Click 'Continue'

Select 'Click here for paper orders' 

Hint: check the "Remember Me" box to make the rest of the orders faster.

IMPORTANT: check that the total $ value on the right, matches the amount of money you have received from the order.

When you have completed the order - record the order number that you see above the Thank you greeting on the bottom right of paper order you entered.

 

When you are done, please send me an email (chantelle@colibricanada.com) so I know that I can wrap up your fundraiser.

Made a mistake?

It happens, just send me an email letting me know what went wrong and I'll get it all sorted out with you. Please include the order number.
